JAI 654 colour challenge - daffodil love and hugs

handmade daffodil card using Stampin Up Daffodil dies and Sending Smiles stamps and Sending dies. Card by Di Barnes - Independent Demonstrator in Sydney Australia - stampinupcards - colourmehappy - cardmaking - diecutting

Hello and welcome! It's colour challenge week at Just Add Ink with a bright and happy combination of Parakeet Party, Tahitian Tide and Daffodil Delight.

You also find me today with laptop troubles so I'm keeping this post short and sweet. For some reason the challenge colours said daffodils to me so that's what I went with using the retired Daffodil dies and my favourite Sending dies. Take a look.

The beautiful die cut daffodils are the stars of the card, with the Sending love and hugs sentiment performing their usual fab work.

I used a blending brush to add some graduated colour to the dotty patterned paper.

I hope you like how I've used the challenge colours and try them yourself. Head to the Just Add Ink blog to see all our team projects using them to get you started.

Thanks for visiting today. Hope to see you again soon, minus my computer issues.

Happy stamping,
Di
