JAI 272 - Just Add Butterflies

Regulars here know of my butterfly obsession so there's no prizes for guessing that I suggested this week's new challenge theme at Just Add Ink - Just add butterflies Yay! Here's what I made:
It may look familiar because I adapted it from this pretty card I made & loved back in February. For this version I used the gorgeous new 3 step Watercolor Wings stamp set & die bundle with new in-colours, mint macaron & tip top taupe with blushing bride. I added more butterflies to the card base with the new butterfly embossing folder (Fluttering).
The sentiment is from a new (to Aus) stamp set called Endless Birthday Wishes. It's a photopolymer set with lots of lovely scripty & type style words, so it's super easy to make your own fun custom messages. I'm sure this one will be a fave of mine this year. See the message I created for the card inside in this pic.
The butterflies are very shimmery thanks to some Wink of Stella (non SU) brushed onto the small & vellum butterflies & to the taupe part of the large butterfly. You might see it better in this close-up.
I also made a matching bag & tag using our new gift bag punch board.
I used the 'medium' guide on the punch board for this bag, then embossed it using the Fluttering folder The butterfly is attached to a folded piece of vellum & is the same as the card version, minus the pearls. Instead I added a string of silver sequins. I also glued some silver foil to the peg for some added shine. You can see the matching set here (with a congrats version of the card).
Well that's all the butterflies I have for you today so flutter over to the JAI blog to see all the butterfly creations the whole team have shared.  We'd love you to make & share your own butterfly creation too. Thanks in advance for pinning my project or leaving me a comment if you liked it.
Inky wishes, Di
