Hello & welcome! Today I'm sharing the 3rd class project using the Sending Smiles stamps and die bundle.
It's a easy thank you card that's all about the pretty, stemmed flowers in the bundle. I have no idea which flowers they're based on. Any ideas?
This card shows off three 2022-24 In Colors too - Orchid Oasis, Starry Sky, and Parakeet Party. Such a fresh combination.

Stamped Flowers - First I created two panel of flower rows. I used two of the leafy stem images and Parakeet Party ink, and Orchid Oasis ink to create the flower heads. Then I stamped a few separate flower heads to pop up on the panel with Dimensionals.
Tip - stamp a larger panel than you need so you have some wiggle room to move the panel to play with the image and your sentiments.
Strips - I adhered the stamped panel on an Orchid Oasis card base then added thin strips of Starry Sky card & paper (from the Butterfly Kisses and In-Color paper stack packs) to anchor the panel and add interest.
Sentiments - I've stamped the Sending image in Starry Sky ink (this really is the most gorgeous deep blue) and cut it out with the outline dies, rather than die cutting both with detail and outline. I love that the bundle gives both a stamping and cutting option as it gives lots more possible ways to use it.
I stamped the 'a note of thanks' sentiment on Orchid Oasis in Starry Sky ink, and cut it out with one of the coordinating dies in the set - another great one for multiple uses.Details - I'm loving using the lovely Brushed Brass Butterflies - hard to say, very easy to use - including three on the front. I also added some Wink of Stella to the flower heads.
Inside - The second carries the theme from the front with simple, thin strips Starry Sky card to ground the panel. I kept the stamping to the lower section to allow room for the message.
So that's another way to use your Sending Smiles bundle.I hope you like this card and are enjoying this series as much as I did making the cards. See the supply list and shop for the supplies you need to make this card here.

Until next time, happy stamping!
