Hello and welcome to my Just Add Ink team project share for this week's Choose Two challenge with the options of water, wall, or garden. I did a fair amount of head scratching trying to work out which elements to choose or make with the supplies I have.
I decided to go with water and garden, creating this peaceful, coastal garden scene using the lovely, intricate Grove dies, and retiring favourite, the Inspired Thoughts stamp set. Here's how it turned out.
Did you spot some 'Garden' Green cardstock and ink there too behind the main white die cut panel and the plants? PS, did you notice the Deckled rectangle around the Grove die cut too?
The other card colours used are Sahara Sand (sadly retiring - it's such a lovely neutral), Night of Navy (thankfully staying or I'd be devastated).
I created a masked, blending brush background for the ocean and sky, using Pool Party and Balmy Blue ink. There's probably a tiny bit of residual Starry Sky ink left on my blue blending brush. To add some texture and interest to the background I scored lines across the inked panel.

Inside is simple but coordinated with another sentiment from Inspired Thoughts.
So there you go, I hope you like my card and that it's given you some ideas to try. Do head to the Just Add Ink blog to see each team member's take on the challenge.
Thanks for visiting today. If you'd like to try making your own version, you can order the supplies you need here from my online store. Until next time...
Happy stamping and inky wishes.
