Hello & welcome! Today I'm sharing 14 (yes 14) quick & easy card designs made with the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6 x 6 inch patterned paper pack and Memories & More Cards & Envelopes,
together with the Frosted Gingerbread stamp set & die bundle. Sadly none of these goodies are carrying over, so are only available while supplies last. Shop supplies for these cards in my store now.
I made multiples of some designs resulting in 22 cards in total for one Sunday afternoon. It was a good feeling to boost my still too small Christmas card stash.
Here's how they turned out (click on pic for a bigger view).

The card designs are all variations on a theme using the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6 x 6 inch patterned paper pack and Memories & More Cards & Envelopes as the main elements. I used all the card bases, and have a ton of papers left to make more.
As you can see from the paper pic, many of the papers have large gingerbread illustrations - most of which can be cut out with the outline dies in the Frosted Gingerbread stamp set & die bundle.
Cutting Tips
- Die cut a pile of shapes so you can go into production mode.
- Die Cut 2 shape sheets together at a time by carefully matching & washi taping them together. The paper is thin enough to easily do this.
- Use the more subtle prints on the card base to add colour. I used a check print, 2 different stripes and the smaller ornament print on my cards.
- I covered up most of the kraft colour on the base with a 3 x 4 inch paper pieces. This allowed the scallop & a little kraft border to show, and maximised paper use.
- For the designs with the wide, white sentiment panel, I was able to cut down the remaining 2 x 6 to use together with other scraps, or hide joins behind the wider sentiment panels.
- All the gingerbread shapes have Wink of Stella on them for essential Christmas bling.
- Pre-cut a stamp ton of sentiment pieces using your Stamparatus.
- The wide sentiment is from the Frosted Gingerbread stamp set & bundle.
The thin sentiment is from the Words of Cheer stamp set & bundle.
Inside sentiment is from the Christmas to Remember set. A fabulous set for inside cards. - Additional card used - Basic White, Real Red, Crumb Cake
- Most die cut shapes are popped on Dimensionals.

Alternative Cards using regular card bases
I had some more die cuts & strips left after I finished the Memories & More card base pack, so I made a couple more cards. Of course, if you don't have the card pack, you could make any of the above designs just using a regular card base and the same paper pieces. I'm going to cut more die cut shapes to make more regular cards too. The inside sentiments below are the same as I used on all cards. I really liked that one.
So there you go! 20 plus cards done in an afternoon, They were so fun to make - I really like limiting my supplies and seeing what I can come up with. I hope you like them and give you more ideas to try.
I best be off now to make some more! December means panic stations to get cards finished & I have lots to go.
