Sending Smiles 5 - sending love and flowers

Hello & welcome! Today I'm sharing the 5th Sending Smiles bundle card - a clean and simple flower cluster to send love to someone special.

Stamped elements
The flower and leaf images were stamped in Sweet Sorbet, Daffodil Delight, and Parakeet Party, then the sentiments in Starry Sky. All were then cut out with the coordinating dies.

I drew some lines, dots, & shading to the stamped images using my Watercolour Pencils and Water painter to add interest and dimension. Then I cut out with the coordinating dies.

Base details
The base is my go-to Thick Basic White. I applied Tahitian Tide ink with a Blending Brush to create a soft, blended circle of colour behind the die cut circle.

The embossed, white die cut circle (Timber 3d embossing folder & Stylish Shapes die circle) forms a base for the cluster of flowers and sentiment. All the stamped elements were arranged and adhered on the circle and base with Dimensionals.

I chose to use the love & big hugs sentiment but any of the many choices in Sending Smiles would work beautifully too.  love that the stamp set has so many occasion options. A second banner in Starry Sky and a small strip of paper adds a little more colour.

Some Brushed Brass Butterflies & Wink of Stella adds a finishing touch.

So that's it for Sending Smiles bundle card five. Thanks for visiting today and I hope you like this look. I'll be back next time with one more Sending Smiles card (for now). See the full supply list here and order what you need to make your own version.
