Hello and welcome to my team project share for Just Add Ink challenge 659 - a colour challenge with a beautifully fresh, new combination of Pretty Peacock (a newly returned colour), Coastal Cabana (my personal favourite colour) & Lemon Lolly (a brand new and very pretty yellow).
I created a floral wreath card using dies in two fabulous standalone sets you might have missed in the 2023-24 Annual Catalogue - Around the Bend, and Labels Aglow. Here's how it turned out.
I created a floral wreath card using dies in two fabulous standalone sets you might have missed in the 2023-24 Annual Catalogue - Around the Bend, and Labels Aglow. Here's how it turned out.
All the wreath flowers and leaves are individual die cuts from the fab Around the Bend die set. I cut out a few of each and then positioned them around the circle of dots with circle cut out - both cut from the Labels Aglow die set. See the pics below to see what's included.
What you maybe can't see in the pics are that all the leaves and some of the flowers in the set have embossed sections to give lots of lovely texture.
The window cut out shows off the sentiment that's inside the card. The 'best wishes' image from the Artistically Inked stamp set was a perfect fit within the circle.
I repeated the lovely dotty circle inside the card too, because why not when it's so pretty. Some more floral elements carry the theme from the front too.

Oh my goodness, Di, this is BEAUTIFUL! You knocked the challenge out of the park, with a perfect balance of colour. I so love how you carried over the dotty circle die-cut look onto the inside of your card; lovely attention to detail. Gorgeous card, my friend.
