Hello and welcome to a project share using the new Beach Day stamp and die bundle. This is my team project for this week's Just Add Ink sketch challenge.
Australia loves a great beach - and we're lucky to have so many of them - so this bundle was a must have buy for me. Here's how my beachy card turned out.
I used some of the standalone dies in the set to create my beachy scene with lifesaver tower. I like the pierced and embossed details on them. I added some shading with Stampin' Blends too.
The stylised look of the dies inspired me to add the graphic paper for the sky (from the Countryside Inn pack). I cut this out with the Deckled Rectangle dies and added a border (Misty Moonlight).
The sand is made with the curved die in the set too.
The stamp set has lots of fab birthday and everyday sentiments, so I used the 'sending sunshine your way' with a pierced circle die from the Stylish Shapes set for my sun. I added a little Stampin' Blends colour (Lemon Lolly) around the edges.
Inside is super simple with two more sentiments from The Beach Day stamp set and sweet little shell images.
Take a look at what you get in the full Beach Day bundle. All the image stamps can be cut out with the coordinating dies, and then you have the standalone dies to build and add to your scenes.
