Hello and welcome to my Just Add Ink team share for this week's new challenge, which is to Just Add a Fancy Edge. I am firmly in love with the Layers of Beauty bundle, which include stamps, dies and layering stencils, after using it for last week's class. I mixed up the elements of that card with the curvy die from Around the Bend and some striped paper, and this is how my card turned out.
My colour choices are Summer Splash (new In Color) for the base and patterned paper, then Lemon Lolly and Peach Pie (another new In Color), and Lemon Lime Twist for the stencilled and stamped rose.
I gold embossed the stamped outline image (it's so shiny and pretty in real life), and then cut it up to create a different look. Click on the pic for a closer look.
The 'Celebrate' sentiment is a two layer die from the Wanted to Say dieset. The base layer is white, and the top is gold foil, which I backed with and Adhesive Sheet for fuss free placement.

It looks like a regular card when flat, but when opened you can see the beautiful curve and cutouts. A fancy enough edge for the challenge? I trimmer the patterned paper (in-color 24-26).
I added another offset white panel on the inside to mirror the front, together with a sentiment from Layers of Beauty, stamped in Crumb Cake ink.
