Hello & welcome to a new project share. I made today's card for a beautiful friend, and it's also my team project for Just Add Ink's Choose Two challenge to add balloons, bright colours, or birthday. I chose balloons and bright colours, but it would work well for a birthday too. The sweet, heart shaped balloons in the Hot Air Balloons die set were perfect to create my rainbow of colour, and I teamed them with sentiments from the Beach Day set, which you know I love too. Take a look at the finished card.
The colours I used for the balloons are: (L-R) Melon Mambo (I know it looks a bit red in the pic), Peach Pie*, Lemon Lolly, Lemon Lime Twist, Summer Splash*, Azure Afternoon, and Petunia Pop*. The cloud shapes are from the Hot Air Balloon die set too.

I shaded the balloons a little at the base and basket using the same colour Stampin' Blends markers, mounted the colour pieces onto white full balloon die cuts, and mounted them with Dimensionals.
The sentiment on the front and inside are from Beach Day. I couldn't resist adding some more balloons (in Petunia Pop and Lemon Lolly).
