JAI 650 Just add - Sending ginkgo leaves birthday card

Hello and welcome. It's time to share a new Just Add Ink challenge project. This week we need to add large letters or numbers. Who doesn't love a large sentiment. I couldn't resist using my favourite Sending dies again. They're just such a lovely font and of course their size always makes a great focal point. I teamed them with the gorgeous Ginkgo Branch dies and one of the embossing folders in the new Basics 3d 3-pack. Here's how it turned out.

JAI 648 choose two challenge - coastal grove birthday

Hello and welcome to my Just Add Ink team project share for this week's Choose Two challenge with the options of water, wall, or garden.  I did a fair amount of head scratching trying to work out which elements to choose or make with the supplies I have.

I decided to go with water and garden, creating this peaceful, coastal garden scene using the lovely, intricate Grove dies, and retiring favourite, the Inspired Thoughts stamp set. Here's how it turned out.

Simple sea turtle card

Hello and welcome! Today I have another card made with the Sea Turtle stamp set and mostly leftovers and scraps from my desk and scrap bits tub. Here's how it turned out.

Sea turtle diorama birthday

Hello and welcome! Today's share is another turtle card made with the Sea Turtle stamp set. This is the first of two turtle started out with leftovers from making this sea turtle shadow box card and other random scrap, You know I love to play with scraps.

I'm happy that the Sea Turtle set is carrying over to the new 23-24 Annual Catalogue so it will be swimming with us for a while yet. Sadly most of the other supplies I used - the Layering Diorama dies,  and Paradise Palms stamp set (and coordinating Palms dies) and patterned paper are being discontinued.

Anyway I digress. Take a look at the finished card. I hope you like it.

JAI 646 inspiration challenge - Bunny Happy Easter

Hello and welcome to my latest Just Add Ink card share which is for this week's fun inspiration image challenge which has a distinct Easter vibe. I couldn't resist recreating the layout and images using the retired Basket Bunch stamp set, which had all sorts of cute Easter images too. Here's how it turned out.

JAI 644 colour challenge - Sending love pansy

The stars of this card are beautiful turtles from the Sea Turtle stamp set - new in the January-April Mini Catalogue. I've mixed bits and pieces from other stamp sets and dies too. Here's how it turned out.

Anyone can play along with the challenge, whether you're new to cardmaking or completely obsessed. I'm going to set a new mystery challenge each month starting from 1 March.

In the meantime, try challenge one to get you started. Read on for all the info you'll need and to see all the cards I made.
