While today's project is not Australia Day themed, I thought you might like to know a bit more info about the flower wreath I shared on Christmas Day. My fab friend Kellie & I spent a great day making them together, which made it even more fun. Here's a pic of my final wreath:
I used a whole pack of Naturals Designer Buttons (3 sizes included) & about 5 large Brushed Bronze buttons (Holiday Catalogue) & die cut cardstock buttons using the Sweet Buttons embosslit die to use as centres on the remaining flowers. Here's a closer shot:
I attached some ribbon to the ring to hang it up on a hook. You can't see the ribbon when hung. Kellie used some cherry cobbler tulle to make a visible hanging bow for hers, which looked fab too. All up, it took about 5 hours for us to complere both wreaths (with lots of chatting & lunch in-between) & we were pretty thrilled with the result.
