Hello & welcome to a new week's Just Add Ink Challenges Design Team share. This time we have a beautiful Christmassy decor image. Yay! Who doesn't need more Christmas cards. I mixed and matched the all year round useful Country Flowers stamps and dies with the Peaceful Season stamps and dies.
Here's how it turned out.
Can you see where I took my inspiration from? There were many parts of the image - the teapot of flowers, books, tray, large words, text, and colours. Did you pick them?
Details
- Teapot, coloured flowers and white die cut leaves are from Country Flowers stamps and dies (& bundle). They're stamped in Basic Gray and coloured with Stampin' Blends (Real Red, Petal Pink, Shaded Spruce, and Soft Sea Foam.
- Book stack is from Bird's Eye View and coloured with Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends.
- Stitched 'tray' under the books and words, and sentiment stamp and dies are from the Peaceful Season bundle (stamps and dies). It's on the Last Chance retiring list so get that one now.
- Text and gold paper is from the Nature's Sweetness paper pack.
- Red and white striped paper is from the A Little Bit Festive paper pack. (Last Chance Item). Watch out soon for a whole set of cards using this pack.
- Gold foil was retired but the current Brushed gold and silver pack is a great sub.
- Red ribbon is retired white iridescent ribbon coloured with Real Red Stampin' Blends. I've included current red and iridescent options in my supply list.
- Some gorgeous little peppermints finish off the design.
- Elements from the front are repeated inside. Another sentiment from Peaceful Season completes the card.
